Need a place for your BIG family to get together, and grandma's house is too small? Where you can really spread out, and let all the little cousins sleep in a fun bunk room, while grandma gets the handicap room and you and your adult siblings also have master bedrooms? This is your place! An unpretentious house, this is not a "luxury" cabin, but a very practical home with lots of room to sleep, gather in small intimate groups, or gather together as the big family that you are. The kitchen table seats 12 to 14 people and there are extra tables and chairs (and space for them) if everyone wants to eat together. Everything is well kept and maintained, you won't find any mismatched silverware or dishes in this house! Paint on the walls is kept fresh, everything is clean, and it is designed to accommodate your group!

We also host many corporate retreats, hiking/boating/fishing/hunting groups, church groups, quilting parties, small weddings, yoga and meditation retreats, scrapbooking meet-ups, ski group housing, art and painting retreats and many other groups!

This house features lots of TVs and wifi throughout (for those of you not wanting to unplug), and we have cable TV, Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime with HBO. There are desks for those of you on a working vacation. The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen a friendly place to cook with your standard kitchen gear (microwave, toaster, oven, stove with 5 burners, gas BBQ outside, dishes and cups and plates for 30+ guests, pots and pans, several coffee makers.)

There is a large redwood back deck to hang out on in good weather, a man cave with a pool table for your noisier family members (sound proofed room), and a hiking trail at the bottom of the property. Situated in a neighborhood with few residents (these are mostly people's vacation homes, not used a lot) you will find the area to be so very quiet. It is home to a host of animals such as deer, fox, coyotes, racoons, mice, birds, snakes and the rare black bear. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM, so if you have a boisterous group, they will need to tone it down in the evening and hang out inside during quiet hours. This home is NOT suitable for wild drinking parties dure to the setting (police will be called and you will be kicked out!) Wedding parties of 30 or less have been happy with the setting, but we need to know in advance to give the neighbors a heads-up.
